We understand that life transitions can be challenging for children and adolescents, and we are here to help them navigate these changes with resilience and understanding. Whether your child is experiencing a move to a new home, a change in schools, a divorce or separation in the family, or any other adjustment, we work to help them adjust to a wide range of challenges. We create a safe and nurturing environment where they can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build the skills necessary to adapt and thrive. We work closely with children and adolescents to help them understand the changes happening in their lives, cope with the associated emotions, and develop strategies for effective communication and self-expression.
Sadness, fear, and worry are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that a child can experience. Through counseling we are able to help them understand they are not alone in their struggles and that there is hope for feeling better.

It's important to note that symptoms of anxiety and depression can manifest differently in each child or adolescent. Some may exhibit more physical symptoms, while others may display emotional or behavioral changes. Additionally, co-occurring anxiety and depression are not uncommon, and a child or adolescent may experience symptoms of both. Early intervention and support are crucial in helping children and adolescents manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
